By purschasing a kitten from us Siberian Cats Yardhouse you are entirely agree with our Policy, Terms and Conditions.
We are Cats lovers and we wish you that nothing goes wrong to your kitten and
We do our best to breed healthy kittens but sertain situations like viruses, deaseas and bacterias we cannot control.
Any viruses and bacterias can be transfer from any surfaces
outside.
1. Since you bought a Siberian kitten from us you became a legal owner of the kitten and you are responsible for all Veterinarian medical bills, wellness check ups, treatments .
2.Kitten health garanteed upon leave our Cattery for the first 72 hours of period after kitten leave our cattery . New owner the Buyer of the kitten must have examinate the kitten by the lisensed Veterenarian during 72 hours of period after you purshased kitten from our cattery. In case if health issue found by Veterenarian opinion the Breeder must be notified along with providing proof of Vet Statement . Upon of returned a kitten we will replace a new kitten from the next available litter.NO CASH REFUNDS and NO VET BILLS REIMBURSMENT.
After 72 hours of our health garantee is expired We are not responsible for any health issues , viral deseas, bacterias and fungi. No kitten replacement will be issue.
3. Breeder -Siberian Cats Yardhouse not responsible for any Veterinarian costs,
medical bills or other costs through life time of your kitten.
4.Kittens leave our Cattery with Veterinarian check up and all nessesary vaccinations, dewormig/parasites and flea treatments. We do provide a copy of all summary Veterinarian visitations and due dates for the next vacinations.
5.Since all our Breeding Cats are
being tested(negative) through generations for FELV, FIV We are not responsible for any viruses deseas if such occur after 72 hours of health garantee is expired FIP, FELV, FELCO ,Feline Calcilovirus , FIV. Those bacterias and viruses can be found and transfer anywhere from any surfaces and pathways or from not clean environments.
6.We do not recommend to administrate vaccine against FIP, FELV, FIV Fecov because its not safe for your kitten and can be fatal .
Non of vaccine give you 100 % protection from viruses.
7. We do not allow declawing.
